Harvest Festival online ordering is here!!!

Come spend the afternoon at the biggest, most fun PTA-funded event of the year! Join your friends and their families for carnival games, a climbing wall, inflatable slide, the extreme rush obstacle course, Run for Fun games, pumpkin decorating, face painting, and more. We will have food for everyone in the family and of course, our wonderful bake sale! The kids will put on an incredible talent show. And, of course, families can sign up for community-building GREAT GATHERINGS events.

Harvest Dollars can be used for games, crafts, food and more. We recommened 12-15 Harvest Dollars per person participating.


Wristbands can be purchased for unlimited use of the climbing well. Inflatable slide, obstacle course and Run for Fun games. Buy your wristbands for $15 each until October 17. After October 17th, the wristband price will be $20 each.

Harvest Dollars and wristbands can be purchased at the event, but online ordering is recommended!


Please consider signing up for a volunteer spot helping to sell tickets, sell food, supervise games, etc. You can sign up to volunteer through UpToUs, or contact Candice Wheeler at tanwheeler@gmail.com.

Good Eggs Fundraiser

Our school has the opportunity to work with Good Eggs on a two month fundraiser! GE is a grocery delivery service that works directly with farmers in CA and delivers to your door. They also have meal kits for those of you that may be too busy to cook!

Here’s how it works: During the months of October and November, 5% of sales using our code JBGE19 will go directly to our school.

How do families enroll? To enroll in the fundraiser, parents need to visit schools.goodeggs.com and enter the code JBGE19 before placing an order. You only need to do this once, and then 5% will be donated back for all subsequent orders from October 1 through November 30. Plus, new customers will receive $20 off their first order!

The more people we sign up, the more money we can raise for PTA programs, so please pass the code JBGE19 along to friends, neighbors, or anyone who may be interested, even if they already use Good Eggs. The more the merrier!

Walk and Roll to School Day

Walk and Roll to School Day is this Monday, Oct 7th.

There will be lunchtime activities, prizes, and games!

Lunchtime activities include a raffle, chalk footprints on the blacktop indicating if you walked or rolled to school; a poster of the area around our school (like the one outside the School Office) that children will put a star on to indicate where they traveled from to get to school, and the BIKE BLENDER!  Students will be invited to add fruit to the blender and get their smoothies to blend by riding the bike!

PJs and Movie Night / General Meeting

Friday, September 20
Doors Open 6:00 PM
Movie Starts 6:15 PM

This is a FREE MOVIE NIGHT for children while parents attend the PTA General Membership Meeting. We will be screening Dumbo (2019, rated PG). The PTA will offer popcorn and lemonade at no charge; slices of pizza sold for $1. For best enjoyment, bring your blankets, pillows, and stuffies to get cozy!

If you plan to purchase pizza, please RSVP so we can get a headcount; sign up can be found in UpToUs under PJs & Movie Night.

While kids enjoy the movie, the PTA will be presenting the 2019-2020 budget for a vote by the membership and providing updates on a number of financial, educational, and community initiatives planned for this year.

Remember, you need to be a PTA member to vote, and we want EVERY Briones family to have a voice! If you haven’t become a member yet, you can sign up online right now.
